Complete onboarding, demonstrate skills, follow safety standards and begin receiving suitable job offers.

Level 2 — Priority Painter
Reward consistent availability, completed jobs, punctuality, customer satisfaction and reliability with priority access to suitable jobs.

Level 3 — Senior Painter
Recognise excellent work, strong customer feedback, professional conduct and sustained performance.

Level 4 — MyPaintHouse Trainer
After around two years, eligible senior painters can apply to become trainers, mentor new painters and deliver practical training through the MyPaintHouse programme.

Two years with us makes a painter eligible for a trainer assessment — it doesn't qualify them automatically. Painters with excellent skills and consistently high-quality work can be invited to an assessment sooner.
